• Daily Rates and Extra Beds are exclusive of 10% service charge and 7% VAT

• A security deposit of USD 500 in cash is required to be paid on site upon check in. Funds will be returned upon departure.

For ALL Seasons

All payment (s) received will be forfeited or refunded in pro-rata shall another booking be ecured for the same period that has been cancelled.

An admin fee of USD 50 +7% VAT will apply in the event of a refund and/or amendment to any reservation.

The above cancellation charges also apply if ILS cancels the booking due to non-payment of the balance.

If the dates of the booking require to be changed or amended, this may be treated as a cancellation of the original booking and cancellation charges may apply.

• Low + High + Prime Seasons: 30% on confirmation date with balance due 45 days prior to arrival

• Christmas/New Year Season: 50% on confirmation date with balance due 75 days prior to arrival

• For booking within 45 or 75 days of arrival (see seasons above), full payment is due upon confirmation
