Rates Exclude

- Dinner Cooking by the villa staff is THB1,500/Meal (excludes cost of food)
- F&B: THB650 minimum shopping fees or 20% of grocery cost as handling fee, whichever is greater + 7%VAT
- Additional Airport transfers at THB1,500/way/van
- Security deposit of THB 25,000 (or equivalent in any major currency) payable on site in cash

Policies

Cancellation Policy

Low & high seasons All payments received will be credited for the same property for a period of 12 months, excluding prime & peak seasons. All payments will be forfeited for any cancellation within 45 days of arrival. Prime & peak Seasons All payment (s) received will be forfeited or refunded in pro-rata shall another booking be secured for the same period that has been cancelled. No refund when cancellation occurs within 75 days from arrival. Early Check-in & Late Check-Out fees "Early departure, immediately on arrival or later during the dates of stay, will be considered a cancellation and all funds will be forfeited" Notes An admin fee of USD 50 +7% VAT will apply in the event of a refund and/or amendment to any reservation. The above cancellation charges also apply if ILS cancels the booking due to non-payment of the balance. If the dates of the booking require to be changed or amended, this may be treated as a cancellation of the original booking and cancellation charges may apply.

Payment Policy

- Intermediate + High + Prime Seasons: 30% deposit, with balance due 45 days prior to arrival - New Year Season: 50% deposit, with balance due 75 days prior to arrival - For booking within 45 or 75 days of arrival according to the season, full payment due upon confirmation

Outstanding experience. Highly recommended.

First we went for lunch at KIPO and we were blown away by the quality of food that was served. Super flavorful and creative with some true standout dishes such as the Spanish tomato rice. Wow! Beautiful location, attentive service and Chef Ramon took personally care of us. Then we headed downstairs to enjoy the afternoon at the pool on the beautiful and cosy sunbeds. The service continued to be great and very friendly and attentive. We ended this memorable day at the DOXA Sky Bar where we enjoyed a last sunset cocktail before leaving home.

A beautiful day well spent, i highly recommend everyone to enjoy FIRA as a full day experience with a nice lunch to kick off, followed by a relaxing afternoon at the pool and ending with a sunset cocktail.

If you are looking for a beachclub in Phuket that served proper food made from a skilled chef then look no further than FIRA.

I celebrated my 40th birthday here, and it was fantastic! Service was great- the team were so helpful, views were stunning and the food was so delicious! They even surprised with me a cake. Make sure to try their spicy margaritas 👌 Highly recommend. Thanks Team Kipo and Austin for a sensational experience!

Our family of 4, 2 adults and 2 kids went for lunch.

We had a set lunch, my husband had two cocktail drinks.

Drinks - amazing. Service - excellent. Food - mixed with great appetizer (tiger prawns and croquettes were really good) and dessert (cheesecake) was amazing but disappointing main dishes.

Steak and braised Wagyu (both on regular menu and the one we paid extra) were disappointing. Extremely tough. My kids had to spit out the meat after chewing. Fish was better than Wagyu.

Price - we paid THB 3,400 for 4 of us so wasn’t too bad but food could have been better.

Suggestion - taste the dish (include chewing) before serving and remove the dishes you are not good at and limit to what customers gave positive reviews

We came here for a birthday celebration. The restaurant is amazing and the staffs are super friendly, especially Kyle and Austin. They even gave us a surprise birthday cake! Would definitely recommend it.

We celebrated our Mom’s birthday at Kipo and we had a great time! Everything from drinks and food were all good!! The staffs were very nice and they even provided free birthday cake! I highly recommend coming here whether it’s a special occasion or just a normal day. They have free drinks for ladies every Friday from 8pm to 10pm. To our surprise, there was a fire show at 7pm.
