An admin fee of USD 50 +7% VAT will apply in the event of a refund and/or amendment to any reservation.The above cancellation charges also apply if ILS cancels the booking due to non-payment of the balance.If the dates of the booking require to be changed or amended, this may be treated as a cancellation of the original booking and cancellation charges may apply.

We stayed in the villa Tierra. Absolutely a 10 out of 10. The price–quality ratio is excellent and truly exceeded our expectations. My wife and I stayed here for four nights in February 2026, and we couldn’t have been happier with our choice.
The view from the villa is breathtaking. We were looking for a peaceful and relaxing getaway, this was exactly what we hoped for. The pool area and terrace are completely private, allowing you to fully unwind in your own space. Even though there is a road nearby on the other side, it does not disturb the sense of privacy at all.
The location is also very convenient — only a 10-minute drive from the airport. One of the things we especially loved was that breakfast was delivered directly to the villa at whatever time we preferred. We also appreciated being able to choose the timing of the cleaning service. The cleanliness overall was excellent.
We highly recommend Secret Tides and will likely return in the future.

A perfect and unforgettable experience!! The villa is huge, spacious, and designed to the highest standards, with great attention to every small detail. It has everything you need—and much more—for a truly comfortable and luxurious vacation. The sea view is absolutely breathtaking, and the infinity pool blending into the ocean horizon creates a unique sense of serenity and elegance. An exceptional place that leaves you wanting more and makes you eager to return.

Highly recommend the villa was AMAZING and breathtaking one of the best stays I've ever been to. The staff are incredible and beyond expectations. We absolutely enjoed our stay everyday we get to enjoy and relax by pool next to beautiful ocean views. It is spotless and smells wonderful. fully equipped with everything you might need
friendly and welcoming staff responds quickly and provideed all information Delicious breakfast, welcome fruits and drinks. I will definitely come back

We had the time of our lives at Villa Luna! The Villa is just great, but the concierge service (especially Auum) was incredible: From booking massages in the villa to organizing a romantic surprise dinner for me and my wife (thanks Momoko for keeping it a secret!!!). But the cherry on top was that Auum and Nune taught us how to cook the Massaman Curry in our villa, as we enjoyed it so much during the romantic dinner! Thank you so much!
P.S. The breakfast was awesome every day and we will miss starting our day like this!

We had an absolutely outstanding stay at Secret Tides – Luxury Beachfront Villas in Koh Samui. Everything was truly perfect — the stunning beachfront location, breathtaking views, exceptional service, warm and attentive reception, and an excellent breakfast.
The facilities were incredibly luxurious, well-maintained, and thoughtfully designed, adding a real sense of indulgence and comfort to the entire experience. Every detail felt refined and carefully considered, making our stay seamless and deeply relaxing.
The level of hospitality far exceeded our expectations, and we enjoyed every single moment. Secret Tides truly sets a very high standard, and this is without a doubt a place we will happily return to. Highly recommended to anyone seeking a premium and unforgettable stay in Koh Samui.
