Low & high seasons All payments received will be credited for the same property for a period of 12 months, excluding prime & peak seasons. All payments will be forfeited for any cancellation within 45 days of arrival. Prime & peak Seasons All payment (s) received will be forfeited or refunded in pro-rata shall another booking be secured for the same period that has been cancelled. No refund when cancellation occurs within 75 days from arrival. Early Check-in & Late Check-Out fees Early departure, immediately on arrival or later during the dates of stay, will be considered a cancellation and all funds will be forfeited
