Cancellation Policy

All cancellations made by the Lessee are subject to penalties below: A) If the Lessee cancels the reservation 45 days or more prior to arrival date, all payments are forfeited but credited for 9 months from the date of the cancellation confirmation by the Lessor. The credit value can be used by the Lessee or anyone on his or her behalf for any reservation, during any period upon availability and solely for the Property initially reserved. B) If the Lessee cancels the reservation within 45 days prior to arrival date, all booking payments are forfeited. A full or partial refund is solely applicable in the event that the Lessor secures another reservation covering partially or fully the initial canceled reservation C) Christmas and New Year Period, for any cancellation after the deposit and/or balance payment, all payments are forfeited. However, a full or partial refund is solely applicable in the event that the Lessor secures another reservation covering partially or fully the initial and canceled reservation. The above cancellation charges also apply if the Lessor cancels the booking due to non-payment of the balance.

Payment Policy

* Booking the Property less than six months prior to arrival date, a non-refundable deposit of at least 50% of the total amount is due within 5 calendar days upon booking. * Booking the Property more than six months advance prior to the arrival date, a non-refundable deposit of at least 25% of the total amount is due within 5 calendar days upon booking and another 25% is due 6 months prior to the expected arrival date. * All full payment is due 45 days prior to the arrival date. A security deposit of USD 2,500 is required by the Lessor prior to the arrival date. * The security deposit will be authorized on credit card 48 hours before arrival or can be paid by bank transfer 10 days before arrival. The security deposit will be released or returned to the Lessee within 48 hours after check out. * In the event that the Property incurred damages or any breakages during the stay of the Lessee, the costs will be deducted from the security deposit. This excludes normal and acceptable wear and tear. * The condition of the Property will be judged at the sole discretion of the Lessor or the representative of the Property. If the value of damages or breakages exceeds the amount of security deposit, the Lessee will be held liable to pay the outstanding amount to the Lessor as soon as possible

Our sincere thanks to Ann and the entire villa team for an exceptional stay. Ann is a wonderful manager, always attentive, responsive, and thoughtful in taking care of all our needs. The entire team provided outstanding service, with impeccable cleaning that kept the villa in perfect condition throughout our stay. The food was also excellent, beautifully prepared and truly delicious. Most importantly, this villa gave our family the space and time to be together and create lasting memories. We are extremely happy with our stay and hope to return in the future.

Exceptional service and a beautiful villa and location. Villa manager Ann was absolutely incredible, she and her team tried to accommodate our needs and make everything pleasant during our stay.

The rooms were clean and the chef was excellent!

One side note: if you have small kids, you need to be very attentive as there are a few falling hazards.

The villa has a stunning view of Patong beach. In day time you can see the white sand beach, and in the evening it becomes alive with the lights. We really enjoyed both day and night views.

The villa is built in several levels so it was deal for us as all-adults traveling together and wanted to have some sense of privacy as well when we are in our bedrooms but also plenty of spaces to gather together like in the indoor and outdoor dining, living areas, and pool area.

The bedrooms are quite spacious and all with sea views as well as the views of natural surrounding. It's like we're isolated from the world but also very accessible to go to the center which is Patong.

We really enjoyed the massage at the spa located at the top of the villa. The food served by the staff were really delicious. The staff were quite attentive to our needs despite the fact that there are only 4-5 of them. Khun Ann was very helpful in every request that we make even booking activities.

It may not be an elderly friendly villa as there are plenty of steps and stairs in the villa. The villa looks like a resort on it’s own. We loved the concept. Will definitely return.

We just spent a 5 day/night getaway at Chelay this Dec 23. The villa is absolutely stunning with unobstructed & magnificent views of the sea. Manager KunAnn is always smiling & was very attentive, pleasant & cordial and was on her feet with great service, as was her 3 member staff under her. She made arrangements for transport & anything else we ever needed. Food was good and rooms, pool & property very neat… no complaints. All in all we felt very welcomed! Fantastic place to escape to. Almost like having a hotel all to yourself. Villa Chelsey has unbelievable views, is very well equipped with private rooms (like having your own mini villas) comfortable beds and good facilities nearby. The highlight of the trip was Ann and her team…. the food, service and their general helpfulness was top notch. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend a stay here and I think you’d be hard pressed to find anything wrong with it!
