All payment (s) received will be forfeited or refunded in pro-rata shall another booking be ecured for the same period that has been cancelled.
An admin fee of USD 50 +7% VAT will apply in the event of a refund and/or amendment to any reservation.
The above cancellation charges also apply if ILS cancels the booking due to non-payment of the balance.
If the dates of the booking require to be changed or amended, this may be treated as a cancellation of the original booking and cancellation charges may apply.
Low + High + Prime Seasons: 30% on confirmation date with balance due 45 days prior to arrival
Christmas/New Year Season: 50% on confirmation date with balance due 75 days prior to arrival
For booking within 45 or 75 days of arrival (see seasons above), full payment is due upon confirmation

Our stay at Villa Mia was amazing. The facilities were amazing. The hospitality was lovely. P Ying and the staff took a lot of care of us really well. The food was delicious will definitely miss it! Thank you for giving us the beat time 🥰

We had a great time at mia villa. Its a complex that every villa including 4-6 barrooms + private pool + private beach! Fits to families or just some couples. Everyone viila have regular stuff including service manager and private chef who make our special food. Our service manager was Pi and he was amazing! He took care of us everything we needed and if something was missing he get it by a few minutes מושלם לישראלים שומרי כשרות

Had an amazing stay at Mia Villa! P’Ying and her team were amazing and super accommodating, from delicious food to service , they made it an incredible experience for us. Even calling over a coconut ice cream cart because we were craving for some good coconut ice cream! We loved every minute of our stay and here and wish we didn’t have to leave! 100% recommend!

Mia Villa Palm was the most amazing relaxing holiday we will definitely be back . The villa was breath taking from the minute you walked in , The staff were incredible P and his team made our stay an unforgettable holiday . The staff went above and beyond to make anything happen we have never experienced a holiday like this

Villa Mia and specifically P Ying were more than welcoming - always checked to see if we were okay or needed anything and overall gave us such a great experience here in Koh Samui. Will definitely come back!!
