BEWARE of the 3307 apartments landlord and realtor. They are not returning deposit and making up non existent nonsense bills, overcharging for electricity bills suddenly increasing prices by x2 and asking to pay 6m upfront!! This is absolutely a typical scammers! Avoid like plague

There is also some constructions going on constantly in this condo, very loud and unsafe. Private elevator works very badly. Overall neighborhood is full of poors, no infrastructure, no good cafes yet it’s extremely overvalued because they treat foreigners as money bags. Think twice before wasting your time and money here.

This is more than fancy fancy terrible expensive to live but with lift inside your unit. To buy a property cost 12 million where in you need El chappo to acquire this. They offered for rent but too much pricey only diplomat can afford the rent not including water & electric however this is paradise for everyone!!

I was very surprised with this great apartment block after my initial shock of having to pay 1,000 B extra for cleaning and 340 B for power and water. These put the bill from the advertised 2,610 THB, up to 4,000 THB for 3 nights which I was not happy about, but it was still good value. Good views of the sea. Pool, sauna and gym are very good. Free wifi. Great restaurants close by and 3 (yes three) Family marts within 200 metres!? W Tower by MyPattayaStay and Wong Amat Tower Condominium are the same. Taxi drivers get confused.

Very nice condos. Friendly security staff. Clean and safe location.Two great pools at ground floor + roof top, just a few meters from beach.

Great view. If I had the cash I would buy one of these condominiums. The view is terrific the two pools refreshing and the staff is friendly.
